He will be back!

'an oxygen tank' Prak Ji-sung will come back to Netherlands Eredivisie team PSV Eindhoven(PSV) eight years after when he contracted English Premier League team Manchester United in summer in 2005.

Park Ji-sung has played PSV Eindhoven for two and half season. (from January 2003 to June 2005) PSV was two times title holder (2002-03 season and 2004-05 season) when he played PSV. In 2004-05 season, PSV advanced to the semifinals in UEFA Champions League.

Park Ji sung performed a brilliant exploit in 2004-05 season UEFA Champions League. He recorded first goal in the semifinal vs AC Milan. Because it, he contracted Manchester United in summer in 2005.

And he will be back eight years after when he leaved to Manchester United. Park ji-sung's position is different that compares to 2003. Now, he is veteran player. (he is 32 years old)

IF so, why does Phillip Cocu(PSV manager) want to contract with Park Ji-sung?

Recently, PSV is re-building. PSV did not extend contract with ex manager Dick Advocaat. PSV contracted with Phillip Cocu for new manager and contracted with Ruud van Nistelrooy for new coach.

And key player Kevin Strootman contracted with AS Roma in this month. Defender Erik Pieters contracted with Stoke City last month. Because of it, PSV squad is comprised of early 20th players and PSV　is no leader that can tune up match stream. So, PSV needs leader and Park Ji-sung is proper person.

 

Park Ji-sung won a trophy total 7 times English Premier League and Netherlands Eredivisie. he won a trophy 2 times Amstel Cup (Netherlands FA Cup) and English Carling Cup. H was one of the member of winner of 2007-08 UEFA Champions League. It means that he has a lot of experience.

Beacuse it, PSV manager Phillip Cocu wants Park Ji-sung. Cocu wants to be leader of PSV. It means that Cocu thinks highly of a lot of experience that he participated big league and UEFA Champions League. Especially PSV's goal is champion of Netherlands Eredivisie and expansion of group stage of UEFA Champions League in 2013-14season. So PSV needs Park Ji-sung.

This transfer casts a long shadow to Park Ji-sung. He does not have enough time when he paly on pitch because knee injury. So he wants to do good finish.

In this sense, PSV is first team that Park Ji-sung started Europen Club player. So if he finished palyer's career in PSV, it is good finish.
